1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the sales team in the jurisdiction;

2. Implement the company's marketing strategy and plan and implement regional market development;

3. Strengthen cooperation with distributors in the jurisdiction to increase sales and achieve the sales tasks assigned by the company;

4. Regularly visit key target customers in the region to understand their needs and provide reasonable solutions;

5. Efforts to improve their professional knowledge, lead the team to conduct academic promotion, and establish a good company and product image;

6. Cooperate with the company in the promotion of academic conferences and deliver product knowledge and information to relevant hospital personnel to increase the market share of products.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree or above in marketing, medicine, pharmacy and other related majors is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of medical device sales experience, including more than 3 years of regional manager or sales management experience;

3. Familiar with the medical device industry dynamics and product basic knowledge, understand the medical sales operation mode and market conditions;

4. Have a good sales practical ability and sales management ideas, and have the ability to open up blank markets;

5. Sales experience and resources of anesthesia consumables are preferred.
